Description

Cleveland has the RTA system which is both bus and rail. The main stop downtown is at Tower City, which houses the first ever indoor mall. Like the Tube, having exited the train, you are ushered from vibration dead artificial light into blinding sun (well, maybe not sun for the Tube :) ) and a flurry of activity.
